Librarians maintain this page located on the Center for Learning Culture website. 

• Add new event- use the instruction template. See More Information in the template for further instructions. 
• After the event has ended, go back in and addthe  number of in-person and/or online participants for stats.

• Check user accounts
• Run authentication reports
  • Found under "statistics"- "reporting"
    • By Account
    • By Resource
• Create user accounts for non-Banner users (eResource use)
  • Click "create account"
  • Login by email address
  • Decide on expiry date
  • Specify Password to be changed later
  • Include details (First name, last name, email)- include optional details if included
  • Default Permissions

• Virtual book club meets once a month to discuss a predetermined title. Book club titles must be available in Libby as an ebook & audiobook. Preference given to titles that are available in print at multiple campuses. 
• Add book club events in LibCal in the Outreach calendar. Category: Book Club. Internal Tag: Outreach
• Submit requests to Vikings eVents calendar for public view.
• Create flyer and submit Strat Comm digital services request.

• Blog is published weekly during each academic term.
• Brittnee will make a call for bloggers and create the blog schedule.
• LR bloggers have access to the blog for editing & publishing. Guest blogger send their content to an LR employee for publishing. 

Have LibChat open at all times.

• Remember to indicate when you step away
• Remember to check tickets

Log all questions in Ref. Analytics

• For each question, Add Transaction
• Be sure to assign a READ category to each.

• Microsoft Outlook Integration available

• In LibGuides, open "A-Z list management new" to add/edit/delete databases.
• Brian Erb (FLVC) is contact for Open Athens (database authentication issues and OA Database links). 
• Back up list of OA links

• Internal name of guide "Learning Resources: Library Homepage: Locations". Library & Tutoring Home tab is current department homepage. 

• For a guide to be seen on the website, you must associate it with a SUBJECT (see list on A-Z database page) and tag it with Learning Resources Guide

• Send new or edited questions to Victoria Slaughter or Brittnee Fisher.
