Solicitors

The Learning Resources department does not accept calls or visits from solicitors unless such contact has been authorized by the Dean of Learning Resources (this is extremely rare). If a vendor arrives without an appointment, you may collect their contact information and tell the vendor you will pass on their information to your supervisor. Do not engage in a sales visit nor call your supervisor over to do so. 

Vendors seeking to establish a relationship with the College should contact the Purchasing Department.
