Hours of Operation

The Learning Resources Department operates multiple service locations at each campus. Hours of operation are determined each academic year by the Dean of Learning Resources and are approved by the Chief Academic Officer. To ensure students have equal access to services regardless of the campus they attend, all service locations by service - Library or Tutoring - offer the same hours. Hours are published online on our homepage.

Exceptions to regular hours (holidays) are posted on our homepage and on the internal Learning Resources calendar which is available on the Department Documents page.

Service Locations

Each service location within Learning Resources has a supervisor. The supervisor of each service location is responsible for arranging part-time employees' daily work schedules in LibStaffer, approving schedule changes for location employees, ensuring coverage during absences, and approving part-time employee time sheets.
