Wellness

Learning Resources is here to help you with all aspects of your studies - that includes taking care of yourself. We use the term wellness to encompass efforts you can take to actively recognize and address your physical, mental, and social well-being so you can accomplish anything you set out to do and feel good while you're doing it.

Being a student has its own challenges and stressors but we have resources that can help you face those challenges and continue on your path to success! Browse the menu for tools and techniques you can use to deal with what life throws your way now or in the future. These resources are free to you as an SJR State student so take advantage of them. What you learn will help you not just survive but to thrive!
