Working with
3 Steps:
1. Click the Meeting Time+ button to open the Meeting Time Entry dialog box.
2. Complete each item indicated with a green arrow below.
- Type: Put On Campus, Hybrid, Online, or Live Online Class.
- When:
- For classes that meet on specific days and times, you may click Include Days and Times and use the boxes for Days, Start Time and End Time OR you can type the days and times yourself as text in the When box.
- For asynchronous online courses, put No Scheduled Meeting Days or Times or leave this field blank.
- Location:
- For on-campus classes, put the campus (please do not use an abbreviation), building and room number.
- For Live Online classes, put the Zoom link.
- For asynchronous online classes, put This course is conducted in Canvas.
- Click Save.
3. REPEAT these steps if multiple "Types" are required (for example, if you have class meeting times and lab meeting times).
