Working with
Contact Information - 3 Steps:
1. Click the Contact Entry+ button to open the Contact Information Entry dialog box.
2. Click Copy from Profile to have your name and email imported into the form.
3. Enter information for the items with green arrows below:
- Office - Include campus (please do not abbreviate), building, and room number.
- Phone - Include the area code.
- Click Save.
Office Hours - 2 Steps
1. Click the Office Hours+ button to open the Office Hours entry dialog box.
2. Enter information for the items with green arrows below:
- When - You may click Include Days and Times and use the boxes for Days, Start Time and End Time OR you can type the days and times yourself as text in the When box.
- Location -
- For in-person office hours, include campus, building, and room number.
- For online office hours, put "Online" or "Via Zoom" in the Location field. Don't put a link - it won't work. Instead, put it in Notes.
- Notes - For online office hours, put the link here (remember to make it a hyperlink).
- Click Save.
