• Instructional Design Techs and Dr. Will are available at each campus during College business hours to help with Concourse. Please don't contact multiple people individually about the same issue. You're welcome to email all of us at once, just please don't send separate emails and make calls to other people if you've already contacted someone directly.

• Faculty's Guide to Concourse - Made for SJR State Faculty, this help guide provides how-tos as well as content suggestions as provided by department administrators.
• The Concourse Knowledge Base provides how-to's created by Intellidemia and is best suited for Editors and Report Runners. 

Live training sessions are offered by our department throughout the year.
