American Association for Women Radiologists

American Board of Radiology

American College of Radiology
The ACR is the accreditation organization of facilities that provide imaging modalities.

American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
Founded in 1991, The American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists - ARMRIT - is the first MRI Registry certifying body that required specific MRI education, in-depth clinical training, and hands-on experience.

American Society of Head and Neck Radiology (ASHNR)

Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM)

Society for MR Radiographers and Technologists (SMRT)

Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS)

This site hosts over 150,000 CT images that viewers can use to test their diagnostic skills. Images can be browsed by body system and there is an option for hiding a diagnosis in order to quiz yourself. Designed for radiologists, but radiologic technologists may find this useful, too.
FDA Center for Devices & Radiological Health
This is the federal office that regulates the research and marketing of new radiological health equipment. A good place to get the latest news on new technologies.
