At SJR State Career Services, we understand the importance of job interviews in securing your dream career. To help you shine in your next interview, we have compiled essential tips and strategies that will make a lasting impression on potential employers. Here are the key points to remember:

Preparation:

·    Research the company: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s mission, values, and recent achievements to demonstrate your genuine interest.

·    Know the role: Familiarize yourself with the job description, responsibilities, and requirements to  align your skills and experiences accordingly.

·    Practice common interview questions: Prepare thoughtful responses to frequently asked questions, showcasing your accomplishments and problem-solving abilities. Utilize the Big Interview “Build Your Perfect Answer” feature to help you prepare your answers.
