Learning Resources' Professional Development Sources (LRPD)

STEP 1. Make a new box on the front page of the guide for your campus. (You do not need to move old boxes elsewhere.) Make sure you switch between Column 1 and Column 2 so each column has new material at the top :)

STEP 2. Add new books to the system then add slides to your campus' new arrivals box.

  1. In LibApps, go to Content -- Assets
  2. Search for the title - limit to Type: Book and click Filter
  3. If the book isn't in the system, go to the catalog & copy the ISBN
  4. Click Add Content Item -- Book from catalog
  5. Paste the ISBN, the book's subtitle & the book's permalink/URL
  6. Save
  7. Search for the next book on your new arrivals list & and continue through your list of new items.
  8. Once all the items are added as Assets, click Home
  9. Edit the What's New guide
  10. Add slides to the gallery box for your campus.
