Students and employees may reserve the following spaces in the Library for academic use:
PAL: L-219C OPC: L-118 SAC: L-112 and L-107
Community patrons cannot reserve a room in the Library - they must go through the administrative office of the College. Contact a campus supervisor if this situation arises.
2. At the top of the screen, make sure your library is displayed in the drop-down box:
If it is not, click the box and select your library.
1. Click the +Add Booking button
2. A pop-up window appears for Step 1:
3. Click in the Start Date text box to set the time and date of the reservation.
4. Click the +Add Space button and a new section will display in the pop-up:
5. Click Select Space… and click the room number. A new section will display in the pop-up:
6. Click in the End/Due Date textbox and input the time & date as you did in Step 5.
7. Make sure everything is correct and click the Submit Times
This completes Step 1.
Step 2 is where you input who the room is being booked for
8. Enter the first and last name and email address of the person who requested to book the room
9. Click the Send confirmation email to user box. This will result in an email to the person who wanted to book the room and will CC: the Library staff members designated in the system settings to receive notification of room bookings.
10. As a courtesy to other staff members, please give some detail in the Internal Note about what is being hosted in the room – for example Academic Affairs meeting or NEFLIN conference
11. Click the Add Booking button
Step 3 is actually a confirmation message:
