Athletic Tutoring Check in & Check out
1. Open LibCal:
- Sign in to LibApps and click LibCal or in LibStaffer, use the drop-down menu to select LibCal.
- In the orange bar, click Spaces.
- Select Palatka Campus Library in the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.
2. Check athletes in and out of their scheduled tutoring sessions. This is how we will provide confirmation of attendance:
- Click Booking Explorer.
- For Zone, select Tutoring.
- For Status, select Confirmed.
- For Date Range, click the calendar icon and click Today.
- Click the Go button.
- A list of today's reservations is displayed. Leave this page open.
- When a student arrives, click the Booking ID number for their appointment. Click the check in now link.
- When the student leaves, click the Booking ID number for their appointment and click the check out now link.
