Student Check In System

Manual Entry of Groups or Individual, Non-student Visitor

If a person comes in who is not a student or we have a group come in, you can enter them manually sign them in into the check-in system. Then, Acknowledge them.

 

1. From the Standard Display, click Manual Entry

 

 

 

2. Name -

  • For individual - Put person's name  
  • For Group, put "group" 

Reason - Leave as is

3. Sub Reason - Select type of group or non-student

4. Comment -

  • For individual, put email address AND the number of the table or seating area
  • For Group, put known info

5. Click Add Entry

6. Acknowledge the individual or group
