Check-In System
To provide us with a list of persons who visited the Library or ASC for contact tracing and statistical purposes, each location is using a program called Student Check In.
This system will provide us with a list of visitors including what time they entered and what time they left. The times are crucial for contact-tracing and provide needed data about use.
Process
Each morning, staff activate the kiosk
Students must sign themselves in using the kiosk
Staff Acknowledge all sign-ins on their display
Staff Check-Out all acknowledged visitors as they leave
At the end of the day, staff remove the iPad from the stand and plug it in to charge overnight
