Welcome, Vikings! This guide was designed to help you be successful in college. Whether you are taking a math class face-to-face or an online humanities course, you will find information here that will help you.
Using available resources is a great start to college success. So, we encourage you to use the Libraries and Tutoring Centers often. We maintain online and on-the-ground services and resources to assist students in all courses. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us- we are here to help!
And finally, part of being successful in college is being healthy and keeping a balanced lifestyle. SJR State College offers resources to help you do that, too. Stay safe and well!
As a student at SJR State, you have free access to exclusive resources and services that will help you complete your coursework, plan your path, and develop skills you will use for a lifetime! Visit our guide - Navigating the River - for information!
A Viking Exchange is located in each campus Library and at the Workforce Training Center in Palatka. Items in the Viking Exchange are donated by SJR State employees and students for current SJR Students in need.
Current SJR State students can use the Library, get tutoring, and use our resources for free!
The people in the Library and Tutoring are here to help you! You are never "bothering" us so, please, don't hesitate to come to us if you need something. If we can't help you ourselves, we'll get you connected with the people who can. Online or on campus - we're here to help!
Join us as Prevention Team members from the Betty Griffin Center talk about staking and human trafficking and provide tips for awareness and intervention that can help keep our community safe!
