What is Mindset?

Mindset is the beliefs and attitudes that affect your perception and actions.

People with a Growth Mindset believe that skills and abilities can be developed through hard work and persistence.

People with a Fixed Mindset believe that they are born with all the skills and intelligence that they will ever have and are easily discouraged.
