Organizational Management

The Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Organizational Management degree provides students with the skills and knowledge
necessary to enter the workforce or advance in a mid-management level position. The program will prepare students for careers
within the public, private, and non-profit sectors. A practical approach with real-world applications of skills and knowledge
will be used to gain an understanding of leadership issues involved in the operations of a business organization. Coursework is
designed to broaden students’ knowledge in applied management practices and prepare students for leadership opportunities
within their chosen field.

 

The specialization in Supervision and Management is designed to prepare students with the foundational skills needed to
advance their careers within their chosen organizations in positions with increasing management and supervisory responsibility.
Specialized courses are in the disciplines of business, management, accounting, and finance.

 

The specialization in Health Care Administration is designed to prepare students with the foundational skills needed to advance
their careers within their chosen organizations in positions with increasing management and supervisory responsibility.
Specialized courses are in the discipline of health care administration.
